In separate bowls
Separate two large eggs.

Cream together the following in a large bowl:

  • ½ C butter
  • ½ C cream cheese
  • 1/2 C brown sugar
  • 2 egg yolks 
  • 1 tsp. water
  • 1tsp. gluten free vanilla

In a medium sized bowl stir together:

  • 2 C. Marilyn’s Gourmet Gluten free Multipurpose Flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. baking soda

Mix all ingredients and spread in greased 9x 13 pan. Sprinkle 12 oz chocolate chips and 1/2 c chopped nuts over surface then, Beat the two egg whites until stiff. Add 1C. brown sugar and beat until sugar is incorporated. Spread over cookies.

Bake at 350 degree for 30 minutes.
